With rapid development of mobile networks in recent years, 5G has gradually entered into an era of large scale commercial, including smart cities, automatic pilot, automatic factory, remote surgery, etc. These applications are making 5G more diversified in the future. Compared with 4G, 5G’s network rate is nearly 10 times higher. Qualcomm X65 platform has reached 10 Gbit / s, with a low delay of less than 1 ms, and supports high-density and high-capacity connections. Besides SUB 6G conventional spectrum, the millimeter wave technology is significant in future 5G. Its frequency range is 20GHz-300GHz. Compared with the frequency band below 6GHz, millimeter wave has the unique advantages of larger bandwidth, low air interface delay and flexible air interface configuration, which can meet the requirements of future wireless communication on system capacity, transmission rate and differentiated applications. Due to the promotion of massive MIMO (large-scale array antenna technology) antenna in the 4G + era, antenna system technologies such as large-scale array antenna and integrated active antenna (millimeter wave antenna) have begun to be applied on a large scale in the 5G era.
